Deep Dental Clinic offers a comprehensive range of maxillofacial procedures under the expert leadership of Dr. Segin Chandran and our skilled team of oral surgeons. Our surgical operatory is specifically designed to accommodate both oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including various dental and implantology services, all while adhering to strict sterilization protocols.
Our operating rooms maintain an absolutely sterile environment, where all personnel are required to wear protective clothing, including scrubs. In addition to scrubs, our team members don mouth masks, head caps, surgical gowns, eye shields, and other protective coverings to effectively prevent the spread of pathogens.
At Deep Dental Clinic, we ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures by administering the appropriate form of anesthesia or sedation, depending on the nature of the surgery. Prior to surgery, the surgical site is thoroughly cleansed and covered with a sterile drape to maintain a sterile environment.
Our surgical operatory is fully equipped with advanced emergency resuscitation devices, patient monitoring systems, diagnostic tools, and laser machines to support a wide range of dental procedures.
A key feature of our operating room is the availability of a crash cart, also known as a resuscitation or code cart. This portable unit contains essential emergency equipment, including a defibrillator, airway intubation devices, a resuscitation bag and mask, an oxygen cylinder, and a medication box. The crash cart is strategically placed in the operating room for immediate access in case of cardiorespiratory emergencies.
During all surgical procedures, patients are connected to a multi-parameter monitor, which continuously assesses and tracks vital signs, including blood pressure (NIBP), oxygen saturation levels, and ECG readings. This constant monitoring ensures a high level of patient safety throughout the procedure.
Our operatory is equipped with soft tissue laser-Biolase Waterlase MD for all laser assisted surgical procedures and armamentarium-like physio dispensers, implant kits and RVG equipment software.
