Community Dental Services In Chandigarh

DENTAL HEALTH for every citizen, is the only goal of Deep Dental Clinic‘s entire team! To achieve it, We organise activities, programmes, & camps in all over Mohali & Chandigarh. But is it enough to meet the requirements of the population of the chandigarh & mohali ?

We know that our efforts are not enough to make changes a LOT needs to be done! To begin with, the oral problems are tackled in two ways: creating awareness -Community Education Programmes and providing resources (especially for those with little or no access of facilities)- Community Services.

To facilitate these services, Deep Dental Clinic is organizing dental check up camps in various locations in chandigahr & mohali. Recently we organised dental check up at Gurudwara Sahib Phase-1, dental check up activity at sector 48 chandigarh and sector 45 Surajkund Shiv Mandir Chandigarh.

• The possible etiological factors leading to these oral diseases are genetic predispositions, developmental problems, poor oral hygiene and traumatic incidents.

Lack of information is among the reasons for non adherence to oral hygiene practices. Further, oral health attitude and beliefs are significant for oral health behavior.
• Keeping a healthy oral profile requires joint efforts from the dentist in Mohali & chandigarh as well as the patient himself. One of the most important factors that decide the dental health of a population is the outlook of its people toward their dentition.
